My story
I have always loved creating and I am passionate about beautiful fabrics. So it is a joy to seek out gorgeous designer fabrics and be able to turn them into cushions that I would love to have around my home. The only problem is not wanting to keep them all!
My business started at the beginning of my career, well actually after a year as a trainee journalist and then a year selling timeshare in Spain. I ended up in Stockholm and bought some scrunchies from a market stall and came back to the UK and made one for a friend's birthday. I then got a collection together and the rest, as they say, is history!
I was the first person to sell scrunchies in the UK in 1989 and back then I supplied Harrods, Selfridges, Liberty’s, Fortnum and Mason, Harvest Nichols, Peter Jones, Galerie Lafayette in Paris, Molten Brown, as well as boutiques across the country for twelve years.

After my first order, I was lucky enough to have my grandma buy me a sewing machine and I started making all the scrunchies from my parents house whilst I was still living there. After I couldn’t keep up with demand, I ended up with the most wonderful team of ladies that made them all from home in and around the Cotswolds. I then went on to expand my range to include headbands, bows, scarves, hats, wash bags and then cushions.

Then after 12 years I became a garden designer for 6 years designing 50 gardens and entering the Great Garden Challenge on channel 4, followed by 16 years becoming Brand Director for a cookware company. Fast forward to today and it was the right time to start my own business again, working from home and doing something I am entirely passionate about.
